Effects of Particle Size Distribution on the Performance of Calcium Carbonate Concrete

The study investigates the effects of particle size distribution (PSD) aggregates on properties calcium carbonate concrete (CCC). Fifteen different types aggregate PSDs were designed to select appropriate PSD for CCC, based experimental data. Notably, compressive strength CCC depends PSD, fineness modulus aggregates, packing ratio, and amount solution moving throughout specimen. After one-day processing, its reached 7.2 MPa with an PSD.
